The applique is cut from gold-colored hemp fabric, then hand-stitched onto a smooth background of hemp and organic cotton. The back fabric matches the applique, with buttons so that the cover can be removed for laundering. The pillow insert is custom-made using organic cotton and filled with organic kapok.
