custom orders For quilts
Lazy Dog Designs recognizes that although there are an infinite number of possible designs and color combinations, each one takes an average of nine to twelve months from design to completion. Knowing this means that I must be selective on what I can consider. If you are interested in a custom, heirloom quilt, contact me for more information on the procedure, so that this huge commitment is good experience for both of us.
I am happy to share my techniques if you would like to make your own and there are some quilts for sale on this website.
Ordering on this site is safe as this is a secure site. Any information you provide will be used to process and ship your order, or to contact you if necessary. If you would prefer to order outside this website, please contact me and we will find a workable solution.
shipping and Delivery
If the item ordered is in stock, your order will be shipped promptly following the processing of the payment. I will notify you with an estimated delivery time for out of stock and custom orders.
Your order will be shipped by USPS or UPS. I will send you the tracking number as soon as I have it.
If you decide that you want to return your order, then you will be required to pay to ship it back to me, with tracking and insurance.
Returns and exchanges
Your satisfaction is important to me. To keep returns to a minimum, please feel free to request color samples in advance of placing your order. I would be happy to answer any questions you have so that you feel confident of your purchase.
Exchanges and returns for credit will be accepted for items that are in their original condition. Notification must be received within 30 days of purchase.
Please call me at 831-706-6881 and leave a message, or email me at barb@lazydogdesigns.com to request the address to send the return. Lazy Dog Designs does not pay the return shipping charges. Please send the package with insurance and a tracking number.
